Refund Policy

We want you to be happy working with Adverico. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Monthly services

Monthly fees cover work performed during that billing period and are non-refundable once the period has started. You can cancel after your minimum term with 30 days' written notice, and no further invoices will be issued after the notice period.

One-time projects

Deposits for websites, branding and other projects reserve our team's time and cover discovery and initial work. If you cancel before work begins, we will refund the deposit minus any costs already incurred. Once design or development work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, and work completed beyond the deposit is billed proportionally.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, software subscriptions, themes, plugins, domains and hosting purchased on your behalf are non-refundable through Adverico and are subject to the vendor's own policies.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you on revisions within the agreed scope.
